Queues and waiting times at checkout
A long queue is noticed once the customer is already annoyed. Vizzione analyzes your checkout cameras to detect queues and alert your team to open another register in time.
People counting and footfall
Counts people entering, leaving and staying in the store or a zone, so you can adjust staffing and measure flow.
For precise counting at entrances we recommend 3D ToF cameras. We tell you whether your current cameras are enough before we start.
Heatmaps and in-store flow
See which areas of the store get the most traffic and which are rarely visited. It is position and movement analytics.
Your customers' privacy
Retail cases rely on detecting presence and movement, not on identifying people. We do not offer facial recognition.

Retail FAQ
How does a camera detect a queue?
It analyzes the checkout-area image, counts the people waiting and alerts when the threshold you set is exceeded.
Do I need special cameras to count people?
For precise counting at entrances we recommend 3D ToF cameras. For other cases, such as queues, standard IP cameras (RTSP/ONVIF) may be enough; we confirm in the assessment.
Are my customers identified?
No. We measure presence and movement, not identity.
How does it integrate with my POS or staffing system?
Tell us which systems you use. In the demo we tell you which integration is available today and which would be built to order.
How long does a pilot take?
It is live in 2 to 4 weeks.
