Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you should not use our services.

Our services

iMLabs offers:

• iMBilling: a business management platform that includes electronic invoicing with the SII
• Digital product and application development
• Cloud infrastructure services and digital marketing
• Digital strategy consulting

Some services depend on third-party systems (authorities, email providers, infrastructure). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability when those third parties fail or change their conditions.

Account and user responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential
• Be responsible for the activity carried out under your account
• Ensure the accuracy and legality of the documents and data you upload, including those of your own clients
• Meet your tax obligations; iMBilling is a tool, and the taxpayer remains the party responsible before the tax authority
• Hold the certificates, document folios, and authorizations required by the authority where applicable

The “Connect with Google” feature (Gmail API)

iMBilling offers an optional feature to send your documents from your own Gmail or Google Workspace account through the Gmail API. It is optional and only enabled if you authorize it; you can keep using traditional email sending. We request the send permission only and send only the emails you originate. You can revoke access at any time. The processing of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Acceptable use

The following is not permitted:

• Using the services for unlawful purposes or to issue false or fraudulent documents
• Sending unsolicited email (spam) or violating Google or SII policies
• Attempting to access other users’ data or circumvent security measures
• Interfering with the service infrastructure or reverse-engineering it
• Reselling or transferring access without written authorization

We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Plans, pricing, and payments

Use of iMBilling and other services may be subject to plans or contracts. Prices, billing, and renewal conditions are disclosed at the time of contracting. Applicable taxes are borne by the user unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual property

The software, brand, design, and documentation of iMLabs are our property. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the services.

Your data and documents remain yours. You grant us only the license necessary to operate the service at your request (for example, to store and send your documents).

Privacy and data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Availability and support

We strive to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure. Support is provided through the channels indicated on imlabs.cl and in the application.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” iMLabs will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or tax contingencies arising from information uploaded by the user or from their failure to meet their obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request cancellation at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the law. After termination, we will retain documents for the applicable legal periods and then delete them in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights granted to consumers by law.

Changes to terms

We may modify these terms. We will post the current version on this page with its update date. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.
