Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Our services

iMLabs provides:

• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps services
• Digital product and application development
• Digital marketing and GA4 analytics
• Digital strategy consulting

Use of services

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of shared information

Intellectual property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by iMLabs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project deliverables specified in the contract will be owned by the client upon completion of payment.

Data processing

As digital builders, we may process data on behalf of our clients. We commit to:

• Implement appropriate security measures
• Comply with data protection regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of client data

Payment terms

Specific payment terms will be established in individual service contracts. They generally include:

• Agreed payment schedule
• Accepted payment methods
• Consequences for late payments

Limitation of liability

iMLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Warranties

We provide our services "as is" with warranties specified in individual contracts. We strive to maintain high quality and availability.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service contract. Termination does not affect obligations accrued before termination.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes will be resolved first through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be submitted to arbitration under Chilean law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on this site.
